Head over to our website and app. You can search and choose for available meal-box, long term subscription package and catering. Our handy search filters will help you tailor your search to your needs. Once you’ve found what you want, you can proceed to book it.
Payment is conducted entirely online. As of now, we have credit and debit cards, Paypal, MolPay cash and internet banking options.
There is NO menu for long-term subscription as our chef will select and purchase only fresh ingredient every day.
Whether it rains or shines, we will still deliver to you. However, didieat wants to protect our delivery crew’s safety too. Thus, when it comes to heavy rain pours, delivery time might be slightly extended. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter.
If you are on leave or taking MC, you may contact us:
  1. At least 24 hours (1 day) before the delivery time to postpone your meal to the next working day. Note: You must gain confirmation from us.

  2. At least 3 hours before the delivery time to change your delivery address. Note: The address must be covered by us and you must gain confirmation from us.

For residential area/office building, we can deliver to your door step upon security’s approval. For hospital & shopping mall, our delivery crew will deliver to the lobby or main entrance only.

Fleximeal is a Subscription plan for you to pre-purchase a number of meal tokens at a discount from didieat. You can choose whenever to redeem these meals by clicking on -> My Subscription. With Fleximeals, you get to enjoy the best of both - discounts and also flexibility!

After you sign up, you are required to go through a verification process. We'll make sure all standards of hygiene, safety, service and taste are met. All chefs need to pass through verification process to be certified as a didieat chef. Do note that we'll be carrying out recurring tests to check for consistency. We aim to ensure the safety and comfort of all our users.
Yes. We’re dedicated to safeguarding the privacy of our chefs. Your phone number and address are not visible by the public on your page.
It’s entirely up to you. You can decide whether you want to serve meals all day or only within a certain time frame. You’re the boss!
Customer will pay for their meals online via one of our many payment methods. We will transfer payment to your PayPal or Online Bank (for Malaysia) account on the first Thursday of the next month (after the event). For mealbox and long-term subscription, 15% of the amount goes to didieat as a service fee; for catering, 20% of the amount goes to didieat as a service fee.

Customer can review and rate kitchen. Your reviews and rating from customer will be visible on your profile, so other potential customer can find out more about you and your cooking.
